pointing out a diversity questionnaire that started out
asking for gender ond only providing the usual two tickyboxes
...) They're not trying hard enough:
it should be like this:
1. Gender:
a. Male. [ ] (1 = Strongly disagree, 10 = Strongly agree)
b. Female. [ ] (1 = Strongly disagree, 10 = Strongly agree)
c. Other - please specify. Attach additional pages if required.
Use blue or black pen for diagrams.
2. Did question 1 disturb you? [...]
